Ms. Kanchan Gahtori
Ms. Kanchan Gahtori, Founder, Lead Psychologist, and Researcher at ReRoute, brings extensive expertise in counseling psychology, holding a Master's degree from Christ University. With proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inner Child Healing, Gestalt Therapy, and more, her therapeutic approach aims for comprehensive and effective intervention. Ms. Gahtori fosters collaborative, empathetic partnerships with clients, emphasizing emotional well-being and resilience. Hensi Ashik Gor

Muskan Armeen Shaik
Muskan Amreen Shaik is a recent postgraduate in Psychology from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She is currently working as a School Counsellor. As a trainee psychologist, she is committed to fostering a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients. Drawn to humanistic and existential psychology, she focuses on self-awareness, personal growth, and meaning-making. Her training has introduced her to CBT, DBT, REBT, SFBT, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, shaping her developing perspective. She aims to build a collaborative, strengths-based therapeutic relationship to support clients on their journey towards emotional well-being and resilience.

Shifa Sajan
Shifa Sajan is a final-year master's student in Clinical Psychology with nearly 10 months of hands-on therapy experience. Currently working as a Counseling Psychologist at Unwind, she has supported clients through a variety of challenges, including panic attacks, anxiety, social difficulties, relationship struggles, procrastination, self-esteem issues, overthinking, emotional regulation difficulties, work-life stress, and family conflicts.
Adopting a person-centered approach, she integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) while maintaining a humanistic perspective. Shifa is dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic space where clients can heal, grow, and navigate life's complexities with confidence.

Vani Sabharwal
Vani Sabharwal is a trainee psychologist currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from NMIMS. Passionate about mental health care, she is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can openly express themselves.

Simrin Bhargava
Simrin Bhargava is a Crisis Counselor, early-career Counseling Psychologist, and researcher with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology. She creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals feel seen and heard, believing that therapy is about thriving, not just coping.
Integrating trauma-informed care, mindfulness, music therapy, expressive writing, motivational interviewing, and CBT, she tailors each session to individual needs. Bhavana Venkateswaran, a trainee therapist in her final semester of MSc. Psycho-Social Rehabilitation, is passionate about supporting individuals on their mental health journey. Nidhi Kini
Nidhi Kini is a trainee psychologist completing her M.Sc. in Applied Psychology with a Clinical specialization. She provides a supportive space where clients feel valued and free to explore their emotions and goals.
Using an eclectic approach, she integrates Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to meet each client’s unique needs. Samrddhee (she/her) is an early-career psychologist and mental health researcher, currently studying at University College London (UCL), UK. She is passionate about creating a safe, affirming space where individuals feel heard, supported, and free to be themselves.
Her approach is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and client-centered, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Gestalt Therapy, and art therapy. Gurmisha Gangwani
